which its a lie since I called my doctor and lady mention they share they same information and she was able to see the cancellation. I filed a complain with my bank and they said that the hospital said there were no record of cancellation for this procedure and they will refuse to refund me the money. The payment was made on Octoand I have been calling and leaving messages to the refund department and I have not hear from them back. The front desk lady said I had to call a number for my refund and they will contact me back which until todays day I have not receive answer. She said to tell the lady in the front desk to cancel and she will provide information for my refund. I was in pain the entire weekend! She said if I refused do the second test they will cancel my procedure and I said ok I was ok with the cancellation. I did my payment for the procedure same day I did my covid test but the nurse who did my covid test hurt me and she wanted to do another test which I refused to do it.
